2. Listings and Content
- Business owners and event organizers may submit listings for inclusion on the Platform.
- By submitting content (text, images, videos, logos), you grant Tutandale Zambia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of the information provided. Tutandale Zambia is not liable for errors, misrepresentations, or outdated information in listings.
3. Bookings and Transactions
- Tutandale Zambia acts as a listing and discovery platform and may not process bookings or payments directly (unless otherwise stated).
- If bookings are made through external links or third-party systems, Tutandale Zambia is not responsible for those transactions.
- Any disputes, cancellations, or refunds are to be resolved directly between the user and the listed business or organizer.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information when registering an account.
- You agree not to post offensive, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content on the Platform (including reviews).
- Tutandale Zambia reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and branding, is the property of Tutandale Zambia or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data collected is used in line with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or misuse user data and comply with applicable data protection laws in Zambia.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Tutandale Zambia provides listings “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or quality of services offered by businesses.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on listings or attendance at events/places.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tutandale Zambia harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
- Businesses may request removal of their listings at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zambian courts.
