Welcome to Tutandale’s terms and conditions for the use of our platforms as an event organiser.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Accounts
1.1. When you create an account with Tutandale, you must provide accurate, complete, and
up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result
in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
1.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and
for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service
or a third-party service.
1.3. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify Tutandale
immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
2. Events
2.1. As an event organiser using Tutandale's Service, you are solely responsible for the events
you create, including but not limited to event details, scheduling, ticketing, and content.
2.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when organising
events using Tutandale's Service.
2.3. You agree not to organise events that promote or involve illegal activities, violence, discrimination,
hate speech, or any content that is offensive or inappropriate.
3. Ticketing
3.1. As an event organiser, you have the option to sell tickets for your events through
Tutandale's Service. By using our ticketing services, you agree to abide by our payment terms
and policies.
3.2. You are responsible for setting the price of tickets for your events and for any refunds or
cancellations in accordance with our refund policy.
3.3. You agree not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices related to ticket sales, including
but not limited to scalping, reselling tickets at inflated prices, or misrepresenting event details.
4. Ticket Commission Rate:
4.1. Tutandale shall receive a commission rate of 3.5% on each ticket sold through the platform.
4.2. In addition to the commission rate, there will be an extra charge of K1 on every ticket sale.
This charge is non-negotiable and is applied per ticket sold.
4.3. The commission and additional charge shall be deducted from the total ticket sale proceeds
before remittance to the Event Organizer.
4.4. Tutandale will provide a detailed breakdown of ticket sales, commissions, and additional
charges to the Event Organizer. Remittance to the Event Organizer will be made promptly after
deducting the applicable commission and charges.
4.5. Tutandale reserves the right to adjust the commission rate and additional charges upon
providing reasonable notice to the Event Organizer.
5. Remittance of Ticket Sales Proceeds
5.1. The proceeds from ticket sales shall be remitted to the Event Organizer in two intervals,
